One thing I have struggled with for most of my life, which can have a major impact on my Beachbody business, is confidence. I was picked on a lot as a child, and I guess it’s just always stuck with me. To deal with this, Unlimited was recommended to me.
I listened to the audiobook, which was narrated by Jillian herself, and I really enjoyed it. She just came across as really genuine and caring. She had some great advice and backed it up with real-life examples and results. I also liked her honesty and ability to tell it like it is.
I would definitely recommend Unlimited, especially if you also struggle with confidence. This is one that I will definitely listen to again and will be putting some of her advice into action.
